So I designed it from scratch in fusion360, But Bambulab has come out with a modeler to do just this now. Follow this link or go to the "MakerLab" tab on Makerworld and you'll find the name plate generator there.

I used Sunlu PLA+. Printed great and went together perfectly.
Note for others: The corners are different, be sure to fit in place before snapping it all together.
