This is yet another solder fume extractor.

But unlike other fume extractor i decided to put a single m6 screw for the rotation axis for more solidity and rigidity, the printed parts no need support only brim for the head for security but it's optional.

all the 3d printed parts are in pla with 3 wall for strength

the "cap" is optional is just for the knob if you want to hide the screw

Electrical Components

• 80x25 mm fan
• 1 button KCD11
• 1 TZT MICRO USB to DIP Adapter

Hardware

1 m6x65 screw minimum "can be longer"

1 m6 locknut + 1 m6 nut

or

2 m6 nut with one with some Threadlocker on him for the knob

4 m4x32 screw minimum "can be longer"

or

2 m4x10 for the top of the fan and 2 m4x32 for the bottom

4 m4 nuts

1 ~ 91mm carbon filter i've used a activated carbon hood filter that i've cut at 91mm

with ~3mm of thickness

Printing

when you printing the base don't forget to add a pause in your slicer to put the nut in place,

for me at 0.2 layer height it was at layer 161 on my slicer i've to put a change filament option because pause was buged but it's same.

Assembly

before don't forget to solder all the wires then, for the tzt micro usb pcb the instalation d'ont need screw you just put the micro usb port in the hole then push the pcb down and it will snap in.
