Top some pieces are missing but no Problems

Are mini racing and mini trailer accessories interchangeable, is it just a difference in assembly methods?

Loved it. I found that printing some parts without support makes them easier to clean and a better fit. Also, printed the parts with the filled round holes with holes (changed them using Tinkercad) and most of the rods and connectors printed in 95% size for easier fit - but that's just because of my printer. All-in-all, great results. Now you got me hooked on printing Lego, as it is also a fun present to give.
