I ended up using 3/8 aluminum rod for the handle with printed caps and a piece of ¼ stainless rod for the hinge pin. couldn't get the printed versions quite how i wanted them
updated 4/18/22
went through and made some major revisions. i have now printed every part and everything functions as it should. may need to drill the pivot pin holes slightly larger. the handle caps are now glue on instead of threaded.

I used a raft but you may be able to get away without it.
i used treed supports for the Main Jaw, and handle end caps only. everything else does not require supports. THIS INCLUDES THE ADJUSTABLE JAW.
This is my first project submitted to thingiverse. Please let me know what issues you have printing it.
I may be updating the pivot pin shortly. currently it is friction fit.
P.s it needs a flat bar spring for between the 2 jaws to push the moving jaw back out when loosening the screw
Designed this for my dad. Please enjoy
P.s I can customize the file if you need it.
