I have something similar I created for holding corners square while gluing woodworking together. The real issue is its not adjustable to different thicknesses of paneling and is made for one standard thickness. Great idea!

You are right! Different thicknesses of paneling could be an issue. But adjustable mechanism on such a small tool can also be unneccessarily complicated. Feel free to redesign the model. The model I uploaded is a stp file~
