I have printed the extremely popular articulated lizard many, many times. Its my kids favorite item I have printed for them.

My kids also love axolotls so I searched on Printables for an axolotl version of the the articulated lizard and found AKinferno's model. The body looks really similar, but his model's arms and legs aren't articulated, they are fixed to that particular body piece.
So I pulled off the head from AKinferno's model, and used the body from McGybeer's model and merged them together.
I had to expand the the joint of the Axolotl head to make sure that it didn't interfere with the front hands.
It prints well. I have gone as low as 75% with all the body parts moving freely, with the very last tip of the tail barely sticking. At 100% and above, everything is perfect.
I printed it at 192% on my Ender 3 v2. I did add tree supports for the things on the head.
