I could easily find many 25mm base trays on all the printing sites, but none included that Transuranic arquebus oval base. I remember seeing something similar to this many years ago so figured I could recreate it. There is still room for fiddling if you want to get tighter tolerances, mostly on that oval base. Put a handle at the back to easily move and pull out of trays.

1) These are meant to fit the standard GW bases that come with the models.

2) They are cap fit, meaning the brim is actually inside the base. This makes them flusher with the circles instead of extending them out more.

3) The 4 holes are made for 5x1mm magnets to mount the base in cases. I just happened to have a lot of 5x1.5mm thanks to AliXp not giving me true 5x2. They press fit in very snug and depending on your machine's tolerances might need to ream them out slightly. I went a bit too aggressively and had to glue a few sets.

4) The inside of the base is slightly deeper then the GW base, I gave 1mm of depth for you to put in your favorite magnetic materials. A WARNING, I found having both magnet bases and magnets in the tray was too strong and broke a few feet of their bases while trying to take them off. Instead I used a handful of #10 washers I had laying in the shop to prototype. They are strong enough to hold as shown in the pictures but not too strong that you will break when removing. Preferably I would want a 13mm strike plate just under 1mm thick, you can find 200 of those on your typical AliXp/Temu/Ebay for under $7.

Edit 1- Kept the 5mm holes as an “add negative” because when I try to merge them with mesh Boolean it hard crashes Bambu Studio. But at least now you can easy edit those holes!
