actually after looking at the file again at the back plate there is a cut out for LEDs lights. so not sure what you mean by no cut out.

I meant nothing to hang it by* the spot for the led is very small but I was able to cut out a bigger hole for the LEDs to go and I just went ahead and hot glued a wall hanger on the back of it. Look tacky but it works. That's Why I gave it 4 stars. When I make my models. I usually make a backplate for hanging and one for sitting bot with a hole big enough to fit a normal led strip through.
