I tweaked settings until the M3 come out so I can actually fit the nut to the bolt. Makerworld might ruin the settings if you print directly from Bambu Handy, so if they don't come out good try using Bambu Studio instead. The key here is using Arachne with decreased minimum wall width to 15% and minimum feature size to 10% (defaults are 85% and 25%). I also set Extruder to allow layer heights 10-80% of nozzle size (defaults are 20-70%). For 0.4 nozzle, that’s 0.04-0.32 mm instead of 0.08-0.28 mm. Finally (after those settings are made) ensure all objects are variable layer height.
Also, you will need a good calibration - this is actually a nice test for that.
