This is a modification to the Mazda Mx-5 Stock Radio front plate made to host a Yatour Bluetooth and Digital Audio adapter. I Remixed a Yatour car support made by mento, keeping the front opening, which was too hard for me to design, and adapted it to the front plate which I designed from scratch.
Printed in ABS in order to stand high temperatures thad build up on the dashboard.
I Used a large raft when printing the first prototype, to help the piece stick to the print bed.
In the final vesion I used hairspray, which helped a lot.
I had some warping, nevertheless, which helped, however, to give the piece that even so slight convexity shown by the original item.
