I love this concept. 1 key flaw in 2 pieces though. The stem on the puzzle connection is too small on a part. I checked all of the photos and it doesn't seem that anyone showed these 2 pieces apart. I even tried scaling it up about 11% to see if that would solve it. It didn't. In any case, this one isn't usable as it is designed. I may try to find a puzzle maker and fix it.

Could you redo this with a v2 puzzle overlay? I think people would appreciate this.

Everything went well except the fact that @Maximumdreamers wrote about the steam between two puzzles in upper left corner. I couldn't find V2 like someone suggested.

Awesome!! How did you make the model? I would like to make some images like this. I saw a page for making lithophane images in CMYK but this one is much better.

A member on the facebook page for bambu users posted these instructions. Not sure if its the same process as above but its a way. Now that bambu slicer added the negative feature things like this can be done! Prusa posted a blog post about this too a while back! I googled “puzzle STL creator” and found a website that would just make an stl in puzzle Shapes. Once you have that STL follow these steps: 1. Open your original image in Bambu studio 2. Right click the object and select “add negative part” 3. Choose “Load” 4. select your puzzle STL and center both objects. 5. Slice the file. Check the bottom to make sure the puzzle cut all the way through. If not, lower the negative space puzzle more. 6. Print.

I do those puzzles by myself using other methods (Photoshop+Inkscape+Fusion360+BambuStudio) . But I think the result is better : 6 mm or more for the total height of the parts , including 2/3 mm of HF picture. The frame could be integrated to the puzzle. I've done a pdf tutorial but it's in French only for the moment (published on a French speaking HF FB group) . A link to y first post : https://makerworld.com/en/models/397048#profileId-298382
