I have added a new model with more stability in the base and greater tolerances for a better result, inner diameter of 4.5mm and 3 cutting slots of 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8mm

It should be printed on a well-calibrated machine for best results.

The measurements are:

cutting slot 1: 0.5mm

cutting slot 2: 0.6mm

inner hole for ptfe: 4.4mm (usually ptfe has 4mm outer diameter).

The cut must be made with a cutter, scalpel or similar, NOT with a kitchen knife or similar knife.

If your printer does not print with sufficient precision, you can scale the model between 100-105%

The print profile is no longer public

Printed on P1S, print tolerances seem a little too tight. ptfe fits ehen forced in and knife eith a lot of force. In the end does what it promises

Hello, thank you for your comment, I have added more details of the model as well as measurements. I have added more information on how to obtain better results and a new print profile Your model may have overextrusion, I recommend calibrating the flow for that filament. Your comments are welcome, if you still don't get good results I can upload a model with better tolerances in 1 minute if you ask me.
