Description

I wanted some hooks matching the ones I created for the shower also to replace the ugly market available ones I was using. These are designed to use the medium size command strips and will hide the tab from the foam adhesive for a finished look. To my surprise, it took me a few rounds to get the hook strong enough and a back mechanism that can be 3d printed.

I have set up the file to print with support which is needed for the back construction. It takes a few minutes to clean up but worth it to have a successful print. I would also sand smooth the face the adhesive will attach to just in case. I have not test print this without support so can't confirm if that will be successful.

I use these command strips for damage free hanging and easy removal:

I made these hooks to match this shower hook:

Support Issue:the supports mean you need to sand it down a little but the design is great!!

It was very challenging to create something the hides the command strip, prints a strong hook, and doesn't use supports. So the compromise is using supports that needs to be cleaned off. Thanks for your comment!
