---------------------
My kids are big fans of the collapsible swords. I have made tens of models for them.
Since the blades are easy to drop and relatively weak, and in addition, the original model is a glued up model, It is easily got broken and each time I have make a whole new one for them, much of waste.
So I decided to make my own one to address the issues, by introducing a rubber ring tensioned blade lock and disassemble structure for exchanging the blades.
Also, considering the rubber ring might break in the future, I added an anchor structure that make the rubber ring could be exchanged from outside.
To drag the rubber ring easily, a puller tool is also included into the 3mf file.
The assembly guide is listed in the thumbnails and not very hard to assemble.
Have fun!

The folding diameter of the rubber ring is 60mm, please check out the thumbnail for reference.
As the holes in Handle and connector are built w/o support, the diameter of the hole is not as perfect as other surfaces. This could cause the filament being hard to insert. I recommend to use a Hex Key T1.5 to clean the hole, then it will be much easier.
