I designed this collection of musical notes fridge magnets using SVG files from https://www.svged.com/.
At 100% scale, all the fridge magnets are 5.0mm high, with 6.2mm x 3.2mm holes for embedding 6x3mm neodymium magnets during printing. The neodymium magnet holes start at is a 1.0mm, so the holes will be covered after layer at 4.2mm height.
Enabling ironing on top surfaces for best results. Pause printing at layer 4.2mm to drop the neodymium magnets in.
You can carefully test the magnets against the printer nozzle to see if the magnet will stick to the nozzle during print. If the magnet does stick, glue may be applied to hold the magnets down during print.
Pictured fridge magnets printed with 4.0mm nozzle, ironing all top surfaces, 2.00 layer height, 25% infill, print paused at layer 4.2mm to embed magnets, black PETG. Nozzle did not attract magnets during printing, so no glue was used in the pictured print.
Smaller magnet sizes and different magnet types can also be used, but magnetic strength might be diminished, since the magnet are embedded within the print with a 1mm layer between the magnet and the surface of the fridge.
Scaling the fridge magnets will allow for different neodymium magnet sizes to be used if you are fine with changing the size of the fridge magnets as well.
Alternatively, you can forgo embedding magnets entirely and print these musical notes by themselves for other uses, such as wall decorations.
