Description

This is a new automatic toothpick dispenser.

Please share your printed model and let me know your opinion about it. Thank you for your feedback ! This will help me to adjust and improve the model.

The Toothpick dispenser:

All parts are 3d printed. All can be printed in one plate or in two plates if you want to make it in multiple color. In any case AMS is not needed.
You can build it easily. It is necessary only to have a look on the pictures. If necessary I will add also a short video to help on assembly.
works with toothpicks of max 70mm and approx. 2mm diameter. Any toothpicks look damaged need to be throw away so to avoid any issue.
I made one slider Lids with “Voronoi” profile. I can add also different Lids if you request some special.

Rivets can be inserted by pressing with some force (you can help also with a tools)

The Tringular shaft has funtion to reduce the pressure of toothpicks over the center point in order to avoid block/stucks. Pay attention to install it as indicated on the pictures

The toothpick dispenser works, the only problem is that the dimensions are precise and some pieces struggle to fit or move. Works well.

@IGBTsat the pieces is main_spring, cylindrical+charger and some rivet fit correct and other doesn't fit.

It seems built well but the lack of instructions are very frustrating as it's impossible to take apart to fix. About to print it for a third time to try to get this put together.
