Big Update on and Attention about Model

  • I Have to apologize as I discovered that I have made a big unforgivable mistake on this model. Mess up with Radius sizes took a place. So please if you have downloaded this model before 02.04.2024 don't print it as they work of course ok, but Radiuses are wrong on all the Jigs. Now I have sorted this mistake and Jigs now correspond to their markings. All STLs are reuploaded and Profile is Changed with right ones as well.
  • You can check my new, Corner Jig model with interchangeable Radius inserts as well. Can be found here:

The fillet around the centre hole will not print well where it meets the print bed (the side without text). Rather leave it 90 degrees to eliminate an overhang, or make it a small 30 degree chamfer (from vertical) so that the overhang prints better and without support.

hmm, that's strange. I had zero problems there. all test prints went perfect with no overhang issues. that fillet is for comfort. but probably you're right and maybe for some printers such fillets are hard to do. I'll make ones with no fillet and publish them here.

I must say a big thanks to You. As checking Your point I found much much bigger problem here. Now everything is sorted and must work as have to. Plus in a process I got another Idea of them Jigs and made another much more interesting model in my opinion ;)

Very nice design. Have you taught about designing a storage box for all the jigs?
