Simple belt tensioner.
Uses 2.5mm cable ties.
I like it because if for any reason the carriage stucks, the cable tie breaks before any other part of the printer.

0.2mm layer height

Use 5 walls to make a solid piece
Print them as in the file

Important Note:

This tensioner is specifically designed to be printed vertically to maintain the necessary grip on the GT2 belt. While printing it horizontally might make the piece stronger, it actually reduces the functionality by not allowing enough grip on the belt. This design ensures that the cable tie breaks first in a jam, protecting your printer. Multiple tests and long-term use have confirmed that this orientation is the best compromise between strength and functionality. Please print as directed in the file for optimal results.
