Intro Notes: This is designed to fit Stacksmashing's USB to Game Boy Link Cable Adapter. I've designed this to be printable with the least amount of support material possible. Only the button and the switch need to be printed with brims.
The QR codes on the rear label bring you to Lorenzooone's PokemonGB_Online_Trades Github page and Stacksmashing's Online Tetris web page. Please check out these individuals projects, as its hardware and software projects like these that I love seeing/using/and making stuff for.
Print Parameters: 0.4mm Nozzle, 10% infill, 5mm(Min.) Brim on Button and Switch, 0.2mm Layer Height, 3 Vert.&Horz. Shell layers.
Additional Hardware: 4x M2 (5mm +-1mm long) countersunk screws.
Post Processing: Use a scissors and/or craft knife to remove the brim from the button and switch. The female section on the sliders and the bottom chamfer may need to be slightly shaved down, the connector shroud should slide into place tightly. On the PCB, there are panel tabs left over from manufacturing. These tabs on the left and right sides need to be trimmed off and made flush with the rest of the PCB (see pic. for example). The panel tab underneath the USB port does not need to be trimmed.
