Hello guys.
This is a hueforge art originate from Leonardo da Vinci‘s famous Monalisa.
I made this hueforge from 6 colors. I have tried many combinations of 4 colors, but they all performed poorly, so it has to be made of 6 colors even I really want to avoid it. Luckily there is a solution for this.
If you don't use AMS, just change the color as the instruction down below. As for AMS users, slice the model in the software and change the filament at the correct layer if you have 2 AMS.
If however you have only one AMS, I have a video from the creator of hueforge about how to print more than 4 colors with only one AMS. Check it out here. (the method is shown at 12:20 in his video).
As always, print it with 100% infill, base layer height 0.16mm and layer height of 0.08mm.
Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #7 (0.64mm) swap to Green
At layer #9 (0.8mm) swap to Brown
At layer #11 (0.96mm) swap to Ice Blue
At layer #13 (1.12mm) swap to Yellow
At layer #14 (1.2mm) swap to Jade White for the rest.
I hope you like it.
Edit:
I made a frame for it. The frame is halfed to fit on the peint bed, you can print it twice and glue the hueforge art on it. Please notice it is only suited for the size 250*161. If you want to change the size of the hueforge art you should also consider modify the frame if you want to print it.
