Print: PETG, 4+ top and bottom layers, make sure layer adhesion and flow is good. You don't want water getting inside

Flat Cut: Only use materials that can stand up to steam and boiling water. Acrylic is a good option, though may get a bit scratched

Sheet Metal: Designed for 304 or 430 Stainless Steel, 0.6 mm / 0.024" thick, 1.2 mm inner radius bends (169x99 mm outer box dims). Aluminum tested and will not work.
