This is a simple shield to prevent dust, debris, coffee splatter, etc. from entering the Gaggia Classic / Pro / Evo water tank. As a result, the water stays fresher for longer and biofilm takes longer to build up.

There are 3 variants. Most people should be fine with the standard TankShield (7 mm coverage) but with some combinations of tank and housing you may want to use the Tall (7.8 mm) or Short (6.2 mm) file variants.

Print Instructions:

PETG tested, PLA should be fine.

0.4 mm nozzle, 2 wall lines, 0.2 mm layer thickness.

Print per file orientation:

Credit to titansilber for the idea. Only the idea is the same, this is a new base model. 
Differences include: Full-width tank coverage, edges match curve of tank, top of shield is inline with front face of tank, easier printing orientation, no bridges, multiple heights to account for tank and machine variation.
