A battery cover for the back of a B&Q Consulting Nano G2 Meshtastic mesh device. This was designed to use all the original hardware and have the smallest affect on the original form factor.
This design accommodates a 1200mAh LiPo battery that measured 40mm (L) x30mm (W) x 10mm (H).
Print Settings:
Print with the cavity facing the build plate and supports with other settings as desired.
Assembly: Remove the 4 bottom nylon bolts and nuts as well as the original battery cover. Keep at least 3 of the original backing plates attached. Affix battery to the device in the upper opening with double sided tape or glue. Attach your 3d printed battery cover using the 2 bottom nylon bolts/nuts in their original orientation and flip the middle two bolts so that the face is on the back of the device and the bolts are now on the front.
