A tattoo I saw a couple years ago inspired this image. It came out pretty good and was made with img2go.
You can size it up or down in X & Y but don't change Z height, otherwise you need to figure out when to change filament and it might not work out.
I started adding stl to my models. Please keep in mind, depending on your machine, slicing takes from seconds to maybe a couple minutes. I use a 5600X and it takes about 30 seconds for this one while others literally takes 2 min+ or more.
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

PLA Sunlu Matte Black
PLA Sunlu Matte Dark Grey
PLA Elegoo Matte Gray
PLA Eryone Light Grey
PLA Eryone Matte White
Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Dark Grey
At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to Gray
At layer #16 (1.36mm) swap to Light Grey
At layer #18 (1.52mm) swap to White for the rest.
