Important note: This .stl is for the driver side panel. Mirror the panel in your slicer to create the passenger side panel.
On a 2005 Lotus Elise S2, the removable hard top is attached by two metal brackets behind the driver's and passenger's heads. These brackets are meant to be covered by panels. The OEM panels are made of wood and fabric and attach by velcro strips. The panels are purely asthetic and do not secure the hard top in any way.
I designed these replacement panels. They attach via velcro in the same way as the OEM panels. In addition to velcro, the top plastic fin is thinner than the rest of the panel, so that it can be tucked into the recess, behind the metal hardtop bracket. This prevents the panel from sagging, as the OEM panels do.
This was printed in PETG with layer height 0.2mm and no supports. Any layer height should be fine. PLA may not be heat resistent enough for a car interior. A heat tolerant plastic is preferred.
