Description

Print in Place Stackable USB Cable Winder.

My cable is a bit long so i printed it at 115% scale.

Prints well, looks nice and works pretty good. The inside edges are a bit too sharp and if you wind too tight it might damage the cable.

Poor design for bigger cables/plugs. Works for smaller stuff.

best case for usb and other thin cable. I printed with the colors of the local football Club for my nephews😀

I had higher hopes for the functionality of this part. I don’t think it was the designer’s fault, I think I just had the wrong expectation. It printed out well and functions. OK. I think the stacking function is not really necessary as its wobbly, and would probably do the same thing if it was just flat. Still fun to print and it came out decent.

I like this style, it’s a good size for most of the cables I have. something like but bigger might be the first project to learn for my 10’ USB cables. these are perfuct for travel
