Description

I designed this little watering can to water my little avocados I breed using Mikolas Suza's Avocado Floaters. Use 4 perimeters to ensure tightness. I use PETG and it works absolutely well.

It’s a nice design although the handle is a bit big compared to the rest. Very nice overall.

Other Issues:(Fkn 500 character limit) Set walls to 2, inner wall thickness to .6 mm, and reduce infil to 10%. 15% max if you don’t want any flex. 25% gyroid is extremely dense infill. Overkill, especially with 4 walls. Seam painting should rarely be used since the seam will tend to wander left to right in your painted region. You need to thin the painted area down to a few pixels to get it to play nice. Use “back” or “aligned” seam instead. Seam looks really sloppy on this print due to that wandering ridge.

Oh cool I can add a comment. Overall a good print, just innefficient and wasteful compared to how I normally print (and that seam bothers me). Walls can support themselves really well over short spans, so don’t be afraid to try low infill. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the results. Especially when you use a thicker inner wall for extra stiffness and layer adhesion.
