CIRCULAR CUTTER WITH RULER - 3D PRINTABLE FILES
THIS IS A NEW AND IMPROVED VERSION OF THE CIRCULAR CUTTER. MUCH MORE STABLE, EASIER TO HANDLE AND WITH A RULER INTEGRATED TO KNOW THE CORRECT SIZE YOU´LL BE CUTTING. REMEMBER THAT THE RULER MEASURES THE RADIUS. FOR THOSE THAT DON´T UNDERSTAND, THAT MEANS THE CIRCLE WILL MEASURE THE DOUBLE OF WHAT THE RULER MARKS FROM SIDE TO SIDE. ALSO HAVE IN MIND THAT YOU WILL NEED 2 M3X10mm SCREWS.
INSTRUCTIONS ARE EASY, BUT I´M LEAVING A COUPLE OF IMAGES JUST IN CASE:
THESE ARE ALL THE PARTS AND I PLACED THEM SEPARATED IN ORDER.
WHEN PLACING THE BLADE, MAKE SURE THE POINT LOOKS TO THE MIDDLE OF THE PART. WITH THE SIDE SCREW (NOT IN IMAGE) YOU CAN EXTEND OR RETRACT IT TO THE THICKNESS NEEDED.
MAKE SURE THE TOP PART WITH THE MARK LOOKS TOWARDS THE BEGINNING OF THE RULERAND IN THE SAME LINE AS THE BLADE IS.
BACK PART SHOULD BE PLACED LIKE IN THE IMAGE AND CAN BE GLUED TO MAINTAIN IN PLACE.
FRONT PART CAN ALSO BE GLUED, JUST MAKE SURE NOT TO GLUE TO THE RULER SO IT CAN SPIN FREELY. AND THATS IT!
