Buildable Crow – Stackable Mini Brick Bird

This model is designed as a stackable mini brick-style bird.
It is assembled layer by layer using small printable parts.

Pair it with the matching eagle model from my profile to create a playful display of a crow riding an eagle.

Print Notes

Build Plate
I recommend using a Bambu Smooth PEI Plate for a cleaner bottom surface and smoother assembly feel.
A Bambu Textured PEI Plate also works without any problem for printing and assembly.

Initial Layer Speed
Because this model includes many small parts, I recommend printing the first layer slowly.
I used 20 mm/s.

Layer Height
Recommended layer height: 0.12 mm.
Other layer heights may also work, but the fitting tolerance may feel slightly different.

Supports
No supports are required.

Brim
Some small parts may need a brim depending on your printer, filament, and bed adhesion.

Before Printing the Full Model

Please print 2–3 individual parts first and check the fitting before printing the full set.
The connection feel can vary depending on your printer calibration, filament type, flow rate, and build plate.

Small parts under 10 mm may feel tight during the first assembly.
Repeated assembly and disassembly may slightly wear down PLA parts and make the fit looser over time.

Assembly Guide

Each main part has a number on it.
Start from part 1 at the bottom and stack the parts in numerical order.

Some very small parts do not have numbers because there was not enough space to mark them.

Lay out the parts in order before assembly.
The structure is simple and intuitive, so you can assemble it by following the photos.
