This is a modular shelf that can be expanded upon as much as you'd like. The side panels can also be scaled on the x and y axis to make each individual cube as big as you want. I've allowed a 0.2mm tolerance on the shelves (5mm slots and 4.8mm panels). I'd suggest printing a 2 way clip and a panel to test how the tolerances are on your printer. You can adjust the tolerance by adjusting the z thickness of the panels.
I did print the clips without supports but that will be dependent on the capabilities of your printer. You may have to turn on supports for the horizontal slots. This is something else you should test before printing all of the pieces.
I've included solid and honeycomb panels so you can build yours with any combination of the two that you want. Glue is not required as everything should be held together by friction.
As mentioned, you can expand this system to be as large as you want. The example I printed consists of the following parts though:
2x 4 Way Clips
8x 3 Way Clips
8x 2 Way Clips
12x Honeycomb Panels
2x Solid Panels
The print profile includes all of the clips mentioned above. You'll just have to print as many of each panel that you want.
