Description

A lid for the top of the Bambu printers that allow to slide the top glass to the back to open the printer chamber when it needs (example: when you print PLA with the PEI plate according with Bambu istructions) without open the front panel !

I also added a slot for the led stripe to print with a translucent filament to have a more diffused light inside the chamber.

If you want to improve the sliding of the upper glass, you can install PTFE pads between the frame and the glass, I haven't installed them and everything works fine.

Instructions: import both .stl files at the same time as an object with multiple parts, then scale to 10%

Print Settings → Printer: Bambu X1C; Supports: Yes; Nozzle: 0.4; Resolution: 0.2; Infill: grid 15%; Filaments: PLA black and translucent

 

Un coperchio per la parte superiore delle stampanti Bambu che consente di far scorrere il vetro superiore verso il retro per aprire la camera della stampante quando necessario (esempio: quando si stampa PLA con il piatto PEI secondo le istruzioni Bambu) senza aprire il pannello frontale!

Ho aggiunto anche uno slot per la striscia led da stampare con un filamento traslucido per avere una luce più diffusa all'interno della camera.

Se si vuole migliorare lo scorrimento del vetro superiore si possono installare dei cuscinetti in PTFE tra telaio e vetro, io non li ho installati e funziona tutto bene.

Istruzioni: importare entrambi i file .stl contemporaneamente come un oggetto con più parti, quindi ridimensionare al 10%

Impostazioni di stampa → Stampante: Bambu X1C; Supporti: sì; Ugello: 0.4; Risoluzione: 0.2; Riempimento: griglia 15%; Filamenti: PLA nero e traslucido

Printed without the led diffusion since I didn't have any transparent filament. Still works and fits great.
