Parametric and Customizable L3GO-Compatible Bricks and Plates
Create ANY size of L3GO-compatible brick, plate, or smooth piece directly from your browser using the MakerLab Parametric Model Maker from Bambu Lab!
Whether you need a classic 2x4 brick, a large 10x10 base plate, or an extra-long custom piece, this tool generates a print-ready file in seconds.
How to Customize Your Brick (1-Click Generator)
- Click the green "Customize" button on this page.
- Adjust the parameters:
- Studs X & Y: Set width and length (e.g., 2x4, 1x8, 6x6)
- Brick Type: Choose between Standard Brick, Plate (thin plate at 1/3 height) or Tile (smooth flat piece without studs).
- Tolerance: Calibrate the fit precision (0.00 mm by default). Adjust this value if your prints are too tight or too loose based on your printer or filament.
- Click Generate and download your custom .3mf file, or send it directly to your printer via the Bambu Handy app!

Recommended Print Settings
To ensure perfect fits and smooth top surfaces:
- Layer Height: 0.16 mm or 0.20 mm (0.16 mm offers more precise tolerances for studs)
- Walls (Wall Loops): 3 (Crucial for stud strength and flexibility)
- Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid)
- Supports: NO, no supports needed! (Print-in-place design)
- Brim: Not necessary, but recommended for very long bricks (10+ studs) if you notice warping issues.
NOTE: if the brick does not fit, adjust the tolerance to 0.20 or 0.25
