This is not my model I just made a print tprofile with both bracket togheter and ready for print (ABS+)
From the devolper:
Our trampoline and the robotic lawn mower are not best friends. These brackets are designed to help them get along better. With the bracket installed on all edges of the trampolines w-shaped struts, the mower isn't lifted anymore. Instead, it bounces against them and turns around.
A bracket consists of two parts that are screwed together with two M5x15mm screws and nuts. The hexagonal nut is held in place by the back piece (bracket 1). The front piece (bracket 2) has clearance for a 10mm diameter screw head, which should be enough for most screws.
Our trampoline (Salta) has a tube diameter of 40mm. The angle of the inner-w at the bottom is ~15°. The bracket's gripping ends are designed slightly larger to make room for attaching (soft) velcro strips. This makes the assembly more flexible and avoids scratching the tube's coating.
I assume that this part also fits on trampolines from other manufacturers. Please write a comment if it works for your model.
I've used 3 perimeters, 0.3mm layer height, 8% infill and a line width of 0.5 with a 0.4mm nozzle. One bracket (two parts) used about 150g of filament.
I comfortably fit four parts on my 30x30cm print bed with the long side down without support. However, it should also be printable on a smaller 20x20cm printer when printing it with the short side touching the plate.
Since the part is subject to direct sunlight, I recommend printing it in PETG or another heat resistant material.
