- Intelligent Snap-Fit Design: The upper and lower case halves are securely held together by clever snap mechanisms. A simple push together is sufficient, entirely without tools or screws.
- Unrestricted GPIO Access: The precise slot on the top allows for direct and seamless use of HATs and adapters directly on the pins.
- Thoughtful Cooling: The open stripe design prevents heat buildup and ensures that your single-board computer stays cool even under load.
- Material Flexibility: Standard PLA is perfectly sufficient for everyday projects. If the Pi gets very warm during intensive use, printing in PETG is recommended to ensure higher heat resistance.
🛠️ Assembly Instructions
- Insert: Place the Raspberry Pi Zero board precisely into the lower case half. Ensure that the connections for power, HDMI, and the SD card are correctly aligned with the side cutouts.
- Align: Guide the upper case half over the protruding GPIO pins.
Snap Together: Gently press the top and bottom parts together until the side clips audibly and securely snap into place. Your case is now firmly closed and ready for use!
