Description
Bring a realistic rocky centerpiece to your terrarium or aquarium with the Eroded Stone Tower Hide. Inspired by naturally weathered rock formations, this model features multiple openings and hiding spots that create a striking natural look while offering plenty of shelter for small reptiles, amphibians, shrimp, and fish.
Its detailed eroded texture makes it a perfect addition to naturalistic habitats, aquascapes, paludariums, fantasy displays, or tabletop dioramas. Whether used as a standalone decoration or combined with other rocks, driftwood, and plants, it adds depth and realism to any setup.
If intended for aquarium use, it must be printed with at least 75% infill to reduce buoyancy. The exact infill % required may vary depending on the material used (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS). Optionally, to keep the model submerged, you can attach external weight (e.g., glue a stone to the base), secure it to the aquarium with adhesive, or create a small hole to allow water in and eliminate trapped air.
You can resize the model to your own preferences.
Used print options:
- 0.16mm layer height
- 2 walls
- 10% Gyroid infill
- Supports
- 0.275 Top Z distance
- 3 Top interface layers
