Description
This model of a reusable spool allows you to remove a partially used roll of filament securely without the problem of it going everywhere.
You can now use the spool on another role of filament.
I was sick of having to wait to use up all the filament before being able to use the spool again.
Method,
1st, install the filament as per Bambu instructions.
2nd, when you want to remove the partially used roll, insert 4 cable ties 250mm long (releasable cable ties are perfect) or string. Check photos for location.
3rd, after cable ties are secured tightly, you can rotate the spool halves to separate them and remove the filament.
