AquaRocket Spin: Pool Torpedo with Water Inside!
Print Profile(2)

Bill of Materials
Description
Make a splash at your next pool party with the AquaRocket Spin — the next evolution of the AquaRocket with mesmerizing underwater spinning action!
What makes the AquaRocket Spin unique? Its fins are angled with a carefully curved profile that converts forward motion into a smooth underwater spin. Fill the hollow inside with water, launch it through the pool, and watch as it glides while rotating like an underwater football spiral. It's satisfying to throw and fun to watch!
Designed for TPU filament, it's flexible enough to handle endless throws without cracking and soft enough to keep play injury-free. Like the original AquaRocket, the hollow interior fills with water through a small hole at the base. Just dunk it in water, squeeze to fill, and you've got the perfect weight for long, stable throws.

🖨️ Printing Tips
The AquaRocket Spin is designed for TPU filament. I've tested extensively with TPU 95A and 95a HF, but softer TPU materials should work as well.
- TPU 95A HF is recommended for the best balance of flexibility, durability, and printability.
- Flexible PLA or PLA Tough+ may work too if you're up for the challenge.
- If using a non-high-flow TPU or softer durometer material, reducing print speeds may improve print quality and extrusion consistency.
