Description
The overall design is a 3D printed split structure, consisting of a rectangular base, two sets of openable clamps, with screw shafts + rubber bands for clamping and rebound; the base has two reserved slots, allowing the bottom of the clamps to be directly inserted into the base for easy assembly and disassembly.
How to Use
Pulling the clamp tails outwards opens the jaws; after inserting wire terminals, the rubber band's tension automatically clamps and secures them. The two sets of clamps can secure two wires separately, aligning the terminals for hands-free connection, facilitating crimping and welding operations.
Process and Adaptability
Recommended for printing with PLA/PETG filament, no complex supports needed; the clamps have a sufficient opening angle, suitable for common wire cores and spade terminals; the base sits stably on a flat surface, freeing up hands during manual wiring and improving wiring harness connection efficiency.
