Preface
Q: What is BAMBOO SUIT?
A: 【BAMBOO SUIT】 is a new design series I'm experimenting with, focusing on apparel and accessories. Simply put, think of it as "Bambu Lab printer-inspired themed wear."
Q: How did you come up with this series?
A: As a Honkai: Star Rail player, I often come across impression-style outfits inspired by character design languages. That got me thinking—why not apply Bambu Lab's industrial design elements to garment prints and accessories? So I started this project.
Q: How do we actually make these?
A: This project is tailored for the A2L's blade-cutting function. You cut heat-transfer vinyl (HTV) with the machine, then transfer the designs onto clothing using an iron or heat press.
Q: How often will you update the project? When will other printer models get their turn?
A: Grad student life is really busy, haha—I'll try my best to update monthly. 😭
P.S. The AI model is inspired by my friend (an actual model). She'll do the real-life shoot once all items are ready—and she jokes that the AI doesn't hold a candle to her. 😉

【Bambu Lab】 A1&2 Apparel Collection

This collection is inspired by Bambu Lab's A-Series printers, featuring brooches, a crossbody bag, two T-shirt designs, a skirt panel, shorts prints, and future accessories (hair clips, necklaces, bracelets, and more). The garment prints incorporate the A1 logo and color scheme, and are made using the A2L's blade-cutting function. The brooch takes its form from the bearing end cap—wearable as a daily accessory or fidgeted with as an EDC finger spinner. The collection also includes a ladies' crossbody bag inspired by Bambu Lab's filament spool, available in multiple colorways to mix and match. More accessories and other printer model series are coming—stay tuned!

The full collection will be released within the next month
- Brooch
Inspired by the A-Series' iconic yellow rotary end cap. I kept the rotating feature so it doubles as a finger spinner and a stylish brooch.

- T-Shirt Print
Inspired by the A-Series front cover. I replaced the classic "Remove this cover for hotend replacement" with "Remove this clothes for suit replacement" —a playful nod to the apparel theme.

- Shorts Print
Inspired by the nozzle silicone sock and hotend fan. The "CAUTION HOT" label is a double entendre—"hot" as in high temperature and "hot" as in stylish/attractive, fitting for hot pants. Pair with the grey skirt panel to mimic the printer's color scheme. For a full look, go with grey skirt + black over-the-knee socks.

- Vest Print
Inspired by the A2L blade-cutting module. "Cutting Module" becomes "Working Module" , aligning with the urban functionality of a techwear vest. "Sharp blade. Handle with care" turns into "Looking sharp. Wear with care" —"sharp" playing on both blade edge and sharp dressing style. The signature circular array pattern from the side latch button is retained on the zipper and pocket details.

- Crossbody Bag
Inspired by Bambu Lab's filament spool. Customize it with multiple colors to match different outfits.
