Foreword
Q : What is BAMBU SUIT?
A : 【BAMBU SUIT Bambu Lab Wardrobe】 is a new design series I'm experimenting with, which focuses on apparel design. Simply put, it can be understood as apparel themed around Bambu Lab 3D printers
Q : How did you come up with this series?
A : As a Honkai: Star Rail player, I often come across impression-style apparel designs inspired by character design languages. Therefore, I wondered if I could apply Bambu Lab's industrial design elements to clothing prints and accessory designs, and that's how I developed this project
Q : How do we make these?
A : This project primarily targets the **cutting** function of **A2L** models, to cut heat transfer stickers and transfer the prints onto clothing using an iron or heat press
Q : Hey, teacher, how often will the project be updated? When will other models be included?
A : Grad students are super busy, I'll try for monthly updates
Our slogan is:
“Make it, Wear it”
“Bambu Lab Wardrobe, A Maker's Closet”

【Bambu Lab】A1&2 Series Impression Apparel Collection

This apparel series is inspired by Bambu Lab's A series 3D printers. It includes brooches, backpacks, two T-shirt designs, a wrap skirt, shorts prints, and various accessories that will be updated later (such as hair clips, necklaces, bracelets, etc.). The apparel prints incorporate the A1 logo and color scheme elements, and are made using the A2L cutting function. The brooch design is inspired by the bearing end cap; it can be worn daily and also functions as an EDC fidget spinner. The series also features a women's cross-body bag modeled after the Bambu Lab filament spool, which can be made in various color combinations to match outfits. Other accessories and impression series for other printer models will be launched later, so stay tuned

- Brooch
Inspired by the A series 3D printer's iconic **yellow rotating end cap**, I kept its rotating feature, allowing it to be played with as a **fidget spinner** and worn as a **brooch**

- Top Print
Inspired by the A series 3D printer's **front cover**, I replaced the iconic **“Remove this cover for hotend replacement”** with **“Remove this clothes for suit replacement”** to echo the clothing theme

- Shorts Print
Inspired by the A series 3D printer's **nozzle silicone sock** and **hotend fan**, the **“CAUTION HOT”** slogan uses the double meaning of 'hot' (referring to temperature/sultry, describing a figure) to allude to hot pants. It can be paired with a gray skirt panel to mimic the printer's color scheme. If a gray skirt is chosen, it can be matched with black socks

- Vest Print
Inspired by the A2L 3D printer's **cutting module**, **“Cutting Module”** is changed to **“Working Module”** to fit the urban work aesthetic of a techwear vest. **“Sharp blade. Handle with care”** is changed to **“Looking sharp. Wear with care”**, using the double meaning of 'sharp' (referring to a blade's edge/stylish, describing an image), meaning 'strikingly handsome, wear with care'. It also retains the iconic circular array decorative pattern from the side buckle buttons, placed on zippers and pockets

- Cross-body Bag
Inspired by Bambu Lab **filament spools**, users can customize various colors to suit different outfits
