Das sieht nicht nur modern aus, sondern maximiert die Stabilität an den Belastungspunkten und verhindert unangenehme Kanten beim Greifen.</p><h3>📐 Technische Details</h3><ul><li><strong>Befestigung:</strong> Ausgelegt für <strong>Ø6 mm Senkkopfschrauben</strong> (für eine bündige, verletzungsfreie Montage).</li><li><strong>Ergonomie:</strong> Breite, abgerundete Grifffläche für optimalen und sicheren Halt.</li><li><strong>Witterungsbeständig:</strong> Perfekt für den Garten- und Outdoor-Bereich optimiert.</li></ul><h3>🖨️ Erprobte Druck-Empfehlungen (Für maximale Last)</h3><p>Für den Einsatz an Klettergerüsten oder anderen sicherheitsrelevanten Projekten empfehle ich dringend meine getesteten Einstellungen:</p><ul><li><strong>Material:</strong> <strong>PETG</strong> (Zwingend erforderlich für Outdoor/Klettergerüste wegen der hohen UV- und Witterungsbeständigkeit sowie Zähigkeit).</li><li><strong>Infill:</strong> <strong>50%</strong> (Gyroid oder Grid für maximale Stoß- und Zugfestigkeit).</li><li><strong>Wandlinien (Wall Loops):</strong> <strong>5 bis 6 Wände</strong> (Wände bringen bei dieser Geometrie die meiste Stabilität!).</li><li><strong>Druckausrichtung:</strong> Am besten <strong>flach auf der Seite liegend</strong> drucken. Dadurch verlaufen die Filamentschichten in Längsrichtung. Das verhindert, dass der Griff bei hoher Belastung entlang der Schichtlinien (Layer-Haftung) abschert.</li></ul><blockquote><p><strong>⚠️ Sicherheitshinweis:</strong> &gt; Da es sich hier um ein Bauteil handelt, das Lasten trägt (z. B. beim Klettern), kontrolliert bitte regelmäßig den Zustand des Griffs auf Haarrisse oder Abnutzung. This causes the filament layers to run lengthwise, preventing the handle from shearing along the layer lines (layer adhesion) under high load.</liu003e</ulu003e<blockquoteu003eu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003e⚠️ Safety Note:</strongu003e &gt; As this is a load-bearing component (e.g., for climbing), please regularly check the handle for hairline cracks or wear.
