Scraper MINI Version
Print Profile(1)

Description
A scaled-down alloy scraper, inspired by the Mag-Alloy scraper, redesigned for CNC processing, maintaining its original function while reducing its length and thickness to 80mm and 8mm respectively. If printed with silver silk filament, it can achieve an effect comparable to aluminum alloy
Because 『using CNC processing for products like this, which have no practical use and little significance for assisting engineers or promoting hardware innovation, would tie up production capacity and affect users who genuinely want to use CNC for prototyping, product development, and testing』, this model is only for learning purposes, and it is not recommended to prototype it on the JLC platform.
The magnetic part uses 2-3 neodymium magnets with a diameter of 8mm and a height of 4mm, and needs to be secured with glue
Initially, a 2mm hole was left, but twisting M2.5 screws proved difficult. I am currently waiting for a 2.5 tap, so I uploaded an M2.2 version, which should be much easier to hand-tighten.
The blade I have on hand can fit M3 screws, so I also added a version with a 2.7mm screw hole
For screws, it is recommended to use 3-4mm deep low-profile or flat-head hex screws
If conditions allow, you can drill it through and directly use 5mm screws; through-hole tapping is also convenient
Blades can be purchased directly from Taobao, compatible with Bambu Lab
