Description

Assembling the original Bambu Lab scraper is a pain because it's hard to hold the thumb rest in place. I added a tab to the bottom of the thumb rest and a slot on the handle so it won't move around when screwing it together.

How do you get that Carbon fiber look?

google “pei build plates” replacement plates that put a micro “texture” on your print that touches the build plate. Carbon fiber to rainbow/sparkles, etc are all available on aliexpress (or Amazon for much higher costs) These replace your build plates so you need to order for your model printer.

Nice, but I think the cost/benefit of reduced layer height would have been worthwhile at 0.2mm or even 0.16mm. None the less, it is a nice print and printed perfectly.

Hi dgauche, @0,28 scraper will be more sturdy (i.m.h.o. for that tools aesthetics is less important than strenght)

Printed nice, more layers would probably not have made the print too much longer and would have improved the aesthetics.

Printed this in ABS. Could not figure out how to change the material in the embedded model that came in the printer. But this certainly worked out, looks good and serves my needs.
