Simple and Practical Filament Sensor Mount
This is a mounting bracket designed to be simple, practical, and user-friendly for standard filament sensors. By avoiding complex designs, the focus is solely on functionality.
With this part, you can quickly mount your sensor to a wooden table, a metal profile, or your custom printer enclosure. Keeping the sensor stable ensures more balanced filament feeding and prevents unnecessary sensor alerts caused by vibrations during printing.

Print Settings
The simplicity of the design also makes the printing process very easy.
Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS (If used inside an enclosed enclosure, PETG or ABS is recommended for heat resistance).
Support: Absolutely not required. Simply place the model’s flat base on the bed.
Wall Loops: It is recommended to use at least 3 or 4 walls to ensure the screw holes are pressure-resistant.
Infill: 15%–20% (Gyroid or Grid) will be sufficient.
Layer Thickness: Can be printed quickly at 0.20 mm or 0.28 mm.
