Description

I bought several PEI PEO plates Textured and High temp and designed a jig that slides on plate to put label in correct position to be read by lidar.

One side is for high temp other for textured.

Tested and worked flawlessly.

Extra notch on one side is to verify straightness of jig to edge

Printed this for my 3rd party PEI/PEO build plate. So annoying when there is no barcode, the printer will halt every job until you acknowledge it to proceed. Ordered some barcodes online and used this guide to set them in the correct location. No more nagging from the printer; works perfectly!

can you post a photo of label and fixture on your plate, I have made f ew of these and others had no issues, wondering if your label is different size, if you can post a photo I may be able to help, thanks!

I just replaced one this morning and work flawless as they have, if your qr square code is too small or big it’s possible the size needs to be adjust to be in field of view to read. Hope your able to get it figured out.
