snap pin and boolean modifier

I needed a way to connect the head of a model and still allow it to rotate. I couldn't find one anywhere so I made my own. To be clear the solid piece is not meant to be printed it is to use with mesh Boolean modifier to cut out of the model you want to use it for. at the size it is the tolerance is spot if you scale it up you may have increase the pin size by a couple percent to tighten it up. for me at 200% had to make pin 202% to keep it tight, the bigger you make it the looser it will get but should still work.
