try printing it vertically instead of flat, and use arachne wall generation, you will see much more detail

Here I tried to publish a print profile, but the file is too big for slicing lol, but i published a model with a 3mf you can see my slicer settings. I'm printing that one right now, and i'll post a pic once it finishes. :) https://makerworld.com/en/models/159858
