Description

A simple 19" rack mount for the ArkKVM that I supported on Kickstarter. Fantasic little Kvm.

The model was inspired by similar ones for the Jet KVM which has a similar case, but this was modeled from the scratch using the ArkKVM official 3D model they shared.

NEW v2 secured to ArkKVM

The new v2 profile allows you to extend the rear screws through the mount, so that it no longer pushes forward when securing cables. Use the original screws or replace with longer M2 x 6 ones.

WARNING: The profile requires 2 types of fillament. I've set it up to print with PETG-HF and use PLA as a support interface. The profile will only print from Bambu Handy to a dual-head printer. To use with a single head printer open it in Bambu Studio and follow the guide at https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/filament-acc/filament/h2d-pla-and-petg-mutual-support. Alternatively use PLA/PETG Support material. If you don't have the ability to print in 2 materials you can likely tweak the “Support” setting back to defaults and see how it prints, but this isn't something I've tried.
