In Bambu Studio go to Preview, then "Slice plate" (if needed), then use right-side vertical slider to find the layer where you want to start a new temperature. For PC, right-click the green circle/plus and select "Add Custom G-code"
Then enter:
M104 S???
where ??? is the temperature you want. So for 245 degree C you would enter custom G-code of:
M104 S245
I think you have to select "Slice plate" after each time you add custom G-code because the preview becomes opaque and its hard to see what layer you are currently focused on with the right-side vertical slider. If you change the "Color scheme" in Preview to "Temperature" you should see your progress as you go.
Finally, I don't think Maker World allows custom g-code, which is why this is DIY. At least that is what someone posted in the description of their PLA temp tower. I'm new to Bambu Studio & Maker World, so maybe I'm wrong.
Hope that helps (FYI I figured this out based on notes from another design for their PLA tower).
