Description

Original base model by Tueftlerbox.

  • Added a top enclosure cover.
  • Fixed the height issues for Bambu Lab's spool.
  • The container bottom and top are the sparse infill patterns that create the holes.
  • Please avoid changing the profile parameters.
  • Prevent small desiccant leaks out of the container, since all spool has different width variant.
  • Top cover design to sandwich and compress by the spool for tight seal.
  • Recommended to print in PETG, ASA or higher heat-resistant materials.

Dry desiccant for 8 hours @ 55'c, for higher temp go with a shorter time.

Fitting issues; see the basic features on how Bambu Spool works:

  1. Bambu spool has two lock position; make sure it aligns.
  1. Bambu spool also has a small core lock block pin; make sure it aligns that to the container slot.

came out perfectly, I made the mistake of running my filament dryer at 70°C with the print in PETG, I think running the dryer at 60 would do fine, at 60 it deformed and spilled a little bit, but that’s my fault. great design!

fantastic print, and quality file. it didn’t work for dying my desicant, however.

Printed in blue PETG-CF and it turned out great! It fits a bambu spool well and can sit in a filament dryer to dry out your desiccant beads.
